This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Trusvo. It exists to keep a trust product trustworthy. If you violate it, we may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access, with notice where practicable.
1. The core rule: no misrepresentation
Trusvo helps you describe your security posture honestly. You must not use it to state, imply, publish, or attest to a posture your underlying evidence does not support. Specifically, you must not:
- edit, relabel, or present a
PARTIAL,UNSUPPORTED, orUNKNOWNanswer as if it were fully supported; - publish a claim in a Trust Room or attestation that your evidence does not back;
- present an externally observed signal as proof of an internal control;
- attempt to defeat the confidence clamps, citation requirements, or honesty labels;
- fabricate, forge, or backdate evidence or attestations.
2. Content you upload
You must not upload or connect content that:
- you do not have the right to provide, or that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or contractual rights;
- contains another party's secrets or credentials you are not authorized to hold;
- is unlawful, malicious, or contains malware, or that you use the Service to store or transmit for an unlawful purpose;
- contains special-category personal data or more personal data than a security review needs.
3. Security and integrity of the Service
You must not:
- access or attempt to access another tenant's data or account;
- probe, scan, or test the Service's security without our prior written permission (coordinated disclosure to security@trusvo.com is welcome);
- bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, access controls, rate limits, SSRF guards, or plan gating;
- use the agent/MCP endpoints or exports to exceed the access a Trust Room grants, or to scrape at abusive volume;
- introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or degrade the Service or its infrastructure.
4. Fair use and automation
You must respect documented rate limits and quotas and not use automated means to circumvent plan limits, create bulk accounts, or resell access. Legitimate agent and API use within your plan's limits is expressly allowed — the Service is built for it.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action: contacting you, removing or hiding content, restoring accurate honesty labels, applying limits, or suspending or terminating access. Serious violations — especially misrepresentation that could mislead a buyer or auditor — may be actioned immediately and without refund. We may preserve and disclose information where required by law.
6. Reporting
Report abuse or a suspected violation to legal@trusvo.com, or a security issue to security@trusvo.com. We act in good faith and at our reasonable discretion.
